Seasonal Tips for Enjoying Late Summer's Bounty

Good Morning!

Here in my backyard, I have started to notice changes that foretell the arrival of a seasonal change.  On the Lunar calendar, known as Late Summer, Chinese Medicine refers to it as the season of the Stomach/Spleen.  And a deep understanding of how our bodies connect to Nature and its 5 elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water is inherent in the framework, longevity and effectiveness of this ancient healing system.

I share with you some tips for how you too can use seasonal foods for prevention and healing purposes.  Some of the foods listed in today's TCM World blog are readily available; others you can find online or in an Asian market.  Whenever and however you wish to include some of these, enjoy the experience.

And if you would like to learn more about 5 Element Framework, click here:

Heading to the market now, with love and gratitude,

Esther
