Good Afternoon!
What a beautiful Autumn afternoon. A soft breeze is gently blowing the overhead clouds as the sun peaks in and out. The trees are swaying while the leaves change from green to hues of orange, red and yellow. Everyday brings changes. Leaves fall and grass returns to green after our much needed rain.
The Seasonal Transition from the heat and dryness of Late Summer and the sweetness of the Earth element naturally brings us to the cooler essence of the Fall and the Metal element of the Lung and Large Intestine. Chinese Medicine informs us that there is much that we can do to build up our Lung energy to prevent illness and complications.
There are many who have already experienced colds and respiratory infections, so I am including the blog from TCM World Foundation to help those that choose to help balance their body and maintain good health. I hope you enjoy the read.
Sending you love and wishes for your good health,
