Some Tips for Greeting The New Season

Good Morning!!!

After what feels like a long, cold Winter when many of us have spent more than enough time indoors. I am grateful. And while the snow was pretty to look at, I for one have had my fill of boots, heavy clothing and frigid temps. I have not yet shed the warmth of my lightweight sweaters and warmer jackets. I embrace the feeling of the sun on my face and the promise of what's to come.

What signs of Spring do you see in the world around you? Have you been outside in your garden, your neighborhood or the park? The signs are becoming visible to the eye.

But do you also feel and smell the changes?

Check out today's blog from TCM World Foundation for some great tips on how to cope with some of the symptoms associated with the transition from Winter to Spring.

Happy Spring. Happy season of rebirth and renewal. Happy Easter. Happy life. Chag Pesach Sameach. Eid Mubarak.

We are one world with many people and customs.

Wishing you love and peace.
