Good Morning!
The sun is shining its beautiful morning light here in Northern NJ and local weather promises to be warmer than the frigid Arctic temps we've had. The icicles will melt and I'll take a walk outside in Nature. The squirrels, rabbits and birds will find food as will the many deer that inhabit the woods nearby. Early signs of Spring and the hope of regeneration make it easier to feel positive.
This week is Valentine's Day, a long holiday weekend for some and Tuesday the 17th ushers in the Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse.

For those who yearn for a more peaceful world and a kinder Community of People, the Walk for Peace 2026 Buddhist Monks will be holding a Loving Kindness Meditation on Wednesday, Feb 11 from 4:30 -7:30pm EST. The event will be live streamed if you care to join. Check out their Instagram page.
I have been deeply touched by the monks and their journey.
And I believe that quantum entanglement is possible according to Quantum Theories, especially when the conscious mind is quiet as with meditation. There is an energetic connection that is amplified as the numbers of people increase. Imagine the power of that when used for a positive outcome rather than one based in fear and hatred.
I myself will quietly meditate for as long as posssible holding the posture The Dragon Stands between Heaven and Earth as demonstrated by Grand Master Nan Lu. Any quiet time also works - even 5 minutes during this time.
